"The defining strength of ○de▽ lies in its exquisite soup, crafted generously from natural red sea bream. By incorporating Tai into every menu item, ○de▽ achieves a level of differentiation unmatched by any other ramen brand."

Tai Paitan “Torori”

Our signature dish, Tai Paitan “Torori” is created by simmering only red sea bream and water for approximately eight hours to extracting a rich, velvety umami. The addition of several types of shellfish brings remarkable depth and complexity to the flavor.

Tai Chintan “Sarari”

The clear broth Tai Chintan “Sarari” features a beautifully transparent soup accented by the aroma of oyster oil, offering a light yet powerful umami experience.

Tai Tsukemen “Chururi”

In the evening, guests can also enjoy Tai Tsukemen “Chururi” alongside carefully curated side dishes such as Tai rice and smoked eggs.

The Shin-Osaka location,
features an elegant interior reminiscent of a traditional Japanese kappo restaurant, with warm lighting and a serene atmosphere.

The Kobe Sannomiya location,
embraces a sophisticated, black-toned design with dynamic lighting that changes throughout the day, evoking the ambiance of a creative dining restaurant or upscale eatery.

Special attention is given to comfort and inclusivity — welcoming women, families, and children with stroller-friendly layouts and children’s tableware. By elevating ramen into a casual yet refined culinary experience, ○de▽ attracts a broad and diverse customer base."

Since the opening of our first store in Shin-Osaka in 2018, ○de▽ has grown into a highly sought-after destination, often drawing long lines on weekends.

The brand has been repeatedly selected for the Tabelog “Top 100 Ramen Restaurants”, reflecting strong recognition of both quality and originality.

In 2020, ○de▽ launched its first overseas location in Hong Kong, followed by the opening of the Kobe Sannomiya store in 2024. Through steady success both in Japan and abroad, we have established a highly reproducible and scalable operational model.
